The binding is a green suede with blindstamped frames, with yapped edges (the soft suede extends beyond the edges of the book). Signature on verso on front free endpaper, otherwise very good. Box is split on two corners

First Edition (Second Issue). "Reprinted from the Westminster Gazette". 4 plates by Arthur Rackham. Originally issued as a paperback: here bound (without original wrappers) in limp green cloth, lettered in gilt on spine. A little soiling on title page, a little light foxing, bookplate and signature (1985) on front pastedown, good. The first book to be illustrated entirely by Rackham. This is the second issue with "The Dolly Dialaogues" used as running title (the first issue used simply "Dolly").
